Nose - Wonderful stewed fruits with hints of cedar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Palate - Dried cherries, herbs, citrus notes and burnt demerara sugar.
Finish - Medium-long, dry with a burnt fudge, juicy raisins and sultanas.
