Plump flavour loaded gooseberries from Fife jiggled up with elderflowers. Medium Sweet.
Gooseberries are almost exotic these days. They get theirs from Fife and sometimes from Aberfeldy. Tight and ripe, they chop them up over water and squeeze the juice out. Ferment that, and blend it up with elderflowers.
