The Tasting Notes
The nose evokes sweetie shops (fruit salad chews, flying saucers, sherbet straws, aniseed balls) - with water, burnt heather and grandfather clocks emerge.
The sweet, sticky palate has cough syrup, molasses, raisins and summer fruits, Moroccan spice and Andalucian sherry.
