The Tasting Notes
Nose
Sweet and tropical on the nose, notes of baked pineapple, lemon sherbet, honeycomb and dried orange peel introduce this delicate dram.
Palate
Sweet and savoury notes come together on the palate, with notes of green apples complemented by a slight vegetal note. There is a creaminess present in notes of pastel de nata and custard creams.
Finish
There is a subtle earthiness in the nish, along with hints of salted caramel, ginger, toasted coconut and a mineral note.

This Hazelburn is aged for 10 Years. Matured in oak.
Hazelburn is a triple distilled, completely unpeated single malt produced at the Springbank Distillery.
The whisky has not been chill filtered, nor has any caramel been added.
