We were lucky enough to have Strathearn Distillery visit us on the 26th February. This gave us the opportunity to sample their (fantastic) range of Gins.

Oh YEA!
The favourite from the team in our office was the Heather Rose Gin, in a move away from 'traditional' dry gin, the combination of Rose and Heather give very light floral notes and a champagne character. The colour reflects the fields of heather on Scottish hillsides. The addition of tonic takes you to another world as the colour changes to a light pink and a waft of Rose scent is released. Floral and light, sweet yet spicy.
