This is Sixty Three from High Coast Distillery. At a latitude of 63° N - they are one of the wrolds most northerly whisky distilleries.
This peated single malt whisky was matured in the far end of their warehouse #3, exactly where the 63rd parallel cuts through their home. Silently Sixty Three has been resting there for 63 months, 63 decimeters above ground in 63 liter carefully selected first fill bourbon casks. They used malt peated at 63ppm. it was fermented for 63 hours and bottled at 63% abv.
