This is TIMMER from High Coast Distillery. At a latitude of 63° N - they are one of the wrolds most northerly whisky distilleries.
Timmer means ‘timber’ in Swedish and is made from 100% peated malt whisky. Matured in bourbon casks for 5-6 years to create its distinct peaty character.
This peated single malt whisky was matured in first fill bourbon casks with the finest High Coast spirit. Have a sip. Feel the warmth of their bright summers and the cold of their dark, frozen winters. Embrace the sounds of silent forests, hear the winding rivers quietly flowing to the sea and picture stars reflecting in a mirrored forest lake.
