The Tasting Notes
Nose
Toasted brioche, salted toasted oats and maple syrup, the nose is rounded with a pleasant fattiness. Chamomile, cranberries and diluted balsamic.
Palate
Sour cherries, pink grapefruit, dill, cinnamon, pomegranate, green teas, all met with a saline vein that runs through the length of it.
Finish
Salted lemons and red fruits on the medium to long finish.

From a mysterious Highland Distillery, this whisky has spent the final two years of its maturation life in ex-manzanilla casks sourced from Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Andalusia, Spain.
