Nose
Nutella, Kinder Bueno, malted sourdough, cranberries, magnolia, evaporated milk, plum crumble, light sherry sulfur, and heather.
Palate
Cacao nibs, charred pineapple, brandy butter, rich fruit, chocolate, and gentle peat smoke.
Finish
Long, with orange cream, salted pretzel, coffee bitterness, and soft lingering peat.

This Highland Park single malt was distilled in 2003 and bottled at 22 years old by Thompson Bros. One of only 336 bottles from a Refill Sherry Butt. This release was bottled in March 2026 with natural colour and without chill filtration.
