Created from 6 first-fill sherry seasoned European oak casks, 4 first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks, and 5 refill casks, all hand selected by Gordon Morton, their Master Whisky Maker.

Naturally deep and golden, its colour driven entirely by their casks, without additives.

Naturally deep gold in colour, this exceptionally well balanced 21 year old, bottled at its marrying strength of 46%ABV, delivers wave upon wave of beautifully harmonised flavours. hints of freshly grated nutmeg, the warm fire of root ginger and zesty notes of sun-ripened orange peel are perfectly balanced by ripe mango, sweet pear and a rich vein of creamy vanilla. Fully rounded and elegantly smooth, this whisky lingers on the palate with subtle breaths of aromatic peat smoke and the finish.
