Highland Park 25 Year Old 2022 Release

Highland Parks 25 Year Old 2022 Release has been created from just 12 casks – five first-fill sherry seasoned European oak hogsheads, two first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and five virgin (unseasoned) American oak hogsheads, carefully selected and married together by their Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion.

Naturally dark golden in colour, this is a complex and spicy single malt Scotch whisky, opening with intriguing aromas of sweet coconut and honeyed violet, underpinned by warm, woody spices. Flavours of exotic lychee and sun-drenched Seville oranges follow, with hints of oak-smoked coconut and heather-rich peat. Sweet and spicy at the end, you’ll discover a suggestion of aniseed, fresh rosemary and gentle lingering peat smoke.
