By bottling 'straight from the cask' without adding water to reduce alcohol content, this is Highland Park Single Malt in its purest form. Cask strength is the very essence of Highland Park and amplifies the key strands of their signature flavour profile.

Matured predominantly in sherry seasoned casks of different ages, hand selected by Gordon Motion, their Master Whisky Maker.

Bottled at a combined strength to capture the essential DNA of Highland Park and intensify each individual strand of flavour.

Non chill-filtered and natural colour.

Tasting notes:
Sweet and smoky on the nose with aroma of violets and ripe vanilla pods gathering on a wave of aromatic peat smoke. Rich and full-bodied, soft toffee, heather honey and freshly grated nutmeg emerge on the palate, enriched by a concentrated tang of sun-ripened citrus fruits. A long, lingering finish leaves the impression of warm Crème brûlée and exotic Eastern spices
