The fourth release in Highland Park’s Keystone Series, selected by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion from three 2005 vintage first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks, matured in the distillery’s most northerly warehouse.
Named after the Yesnaby cliffs on Orkney’s Atlantic coastline, this release highlights maturation in a coastal environment with steady conditions.
