Previously known as 24 Seven Vodka, Hills & Harbour Vodka is crafted using the same award-winning recipe and production process, combining locally grown wheat and pure water to create a vodka of exceptional purity and character.
A seven-day fermentation develops depth and texture before multiple distillations are followed by a 24-hour filtration through highly porous coconut shell carbon. The result is a remarkably smooth vodka with a clean, balanced profile and a satisfying mouthfeel.
Presented in a redesigned bottle inspired by weathered sea glass and finished with a natural live-edge cork, every bottle is uniquely individual.
