The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character.

Bottled a parcel of several single casks at a time, each individual series under their ‘Private Cellars Selection’ label is studiously chosen to deliver a wide spectrum of natural colour, aroma and flavour.

This whisky was aged for 15 years in an European Oak Refill Sherry Butt. Their “House Malt” range features whiskies which characterise their region wonderfully at a highly affordable price point. They typically bottle these between 40-43% rather than cask strength to offer a well aged, entry level, easy drinking dram for Scotch enthusiasts. This is from a well-known Speyside distillery.‍
