Tasting notes
Nose - Manuka Honey, marzipan and an extra crispy Créme Brúlee.
(agree with above - Craig got more citrus notes though)
Palate - Ginger, oily nutmeg and cranberry.
Finish - Tunnocks Caramel Log and Lemon Marmalade.
(agreed - definitely got Lemon on the finish).
Distilled December 1989, Bottled May 2020.
Distilled at Imperial Distillery, and bottled by North Star Spirits.
