Tasting notes:
The nose on this is rather wonderful, with a complex, almost tropical fruitiness, polished oak, camphor, and a thyme-ish herbal quality. The palate has a lightly syrupy feel and a panoply of citrus (pink grapefruit, lemon curd, jaffa cake) leading to a dry, herbal finish. Adding water rounds everything off nicely, adding some notes of mango and tinned pears.
