Inchmurrin 2011 11 Year Old, Dram Mor Single Cask #2996
Inchmurrin is the largest and most southerly island in Loch Lomond and is one of many wonderful whiskies coming from Loch Lomond Distillery. The Loch Lomond group is an independent distiller and blender of some of the finest and rarest Scotch whiskies in the world. Their heritage is amongst the oldest in their industry. In 1814, the original site of the Loch Lomond distillery was established near Tarbet towards the north west end of Loch Lomond. Typically Inchmurrin is smooth, rich on the palate with barley malt, salt caramel, dried herbs, candied peels and allspice.
