Isle of Harris Single Malt Whisky

Crafted on the Isle of Harris by a team of local distillers and blenders, this single malt reflects the character of its island home. Distilled at the distillery in Tarbert, it is matured and married on the island, with an emphasis on creating a complex yet approachable whisky for everyday enjoyment.

The whisky matures in shoreline warehouses at Ardhasaig, overlooking the Atlantic. Casks include first-fill ex-Oloroso sherry, ex-Buffalo Trace, ex-Heaven Hill and ex-Woodford Reserve. Local water, drawn from sources flowing over ancient Lewisian Gneiss rock, is also used in production.

Bottled at 46% ABV, the whisky is non-chill filtered and has a stated peat level of 12–15 PPM. The component whiskies are married for 12 weeks before bottling.
