There is a beautiful aromatic freshness. Interesting texture and balance. The ample and fruity substance is supported by a nice acidity on the finish. A concentrated mouth and pleasant length, which offers a beautiful minerality.
Can be kept for 5 years.

Accompanies fish, shellfish, oysters.
