Distilled July 2008.

Tasting notes:
The nose has a spice oak quality with candied peels and honey'd barley. The palate is thick and creamy - a touch of vanilla, butterscotch and a hint of sea-salt. The finish lingers with a coastal style evident plus milk chocolate and butter pastry.
