Long and waxy with gentle smoke and dry roasted malt.

This small-batch release from Thompson Bros is a peated Island single malt from the Isle of Jura Distillery, fully matured in first-fill bourbon barrels.
The whisky offers a gently medicinal character, with coastal salinity, baked pineapple, citrus peel and an elegant layer of coastal smoke.
