Sweet and smoky from 21 long years of maturation first in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and further finessed with a spicy character from hand-selected virgin American white oak casks.

Nose: Creamy caramel, sweet fruit and ginger biscuits

Taste: Macaroon, gingerbread, frangipane and white chocolate

Cask Finish: Matured for 21 long years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finessed in virgin American white oak casks.
