Kentucky Owl St Patrick's Special Bourbon Release

This IS a Special Release. Bringing the best of Irish Whiskey making skills to Kentucky Owls Limited Kentucky Bourbon range and is a collaboration by Louise McGuane (Irish Whiskey Bonder) & John Rhea (Master Blender)

This limited release is made up of 4yo, 5yo, 6yo, 7yo and 8yo Kentucky Straight Bourbons. Each coming in with their own unique flavour characteristics.
Rich Caramel and vanilla from some more rare well aged Bourbons. Spice and fruit from Bourbons with a higher rye content, and a feel of sweetness and citrus from Wheated Bourbon. All carefully blended to bring out a rebust, well balance Bourbon experience.

Tasting Notes by Louise McGuane, of the award-winning J.J Corry Irish Whiskey.
Aroma : a nose of sweet caramel and honey with just enough spice married in, to pleasantly tease the palate.
Taste : Long notes of caramel, butterscotch, frosted cinnamon roll. Chocolate Orange, Candy floss and into some citrus peel. A bright forest fruit on the mild palate and a long lingering finish with vanilla pod and some balanced wood influence.
