Part of the inaugural Kilchoman Family Collection, this 11 Year Old single malt celebrates the distillery's journey as its whiskies reach increasingly mature age statements.

The first edition of the series comprises four expressions, showcasing the influence of both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks across a range of ages. This release was distilled using heavily peated barley (50ppm) sourced from Islay's Port Ellen Maltings and matured exclusively in ex-sherry casks for 11 years, resulting in a rich balance of smoky Islay character and sherried depth.
