This single cask was selected by James James Wills. James has selected a 10 year old 100% Islay refill oloroso sherry hogshead.
This is the fourth release of five. Each release will be chosen by a different member of the family.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Rich sherry notes with hints of Christmas cake and light peat.
Palate: Sherry notes give way to light citrus aromas and stewed fruits.
Finish: Malty notes with waves of fresh sea salt and peat smoke.
