Anthony and Robin combined these 32 cognac casks together after 6 year maturation, previously sourced from tonellerie Bossuet, each individual cask plays an important part in the final vatting. Each cask captures its own degree of flavour but when brought together, a wonderfully rich, herbaceous sweet spice can easily be identified. The maritime Kilchoman peat smoke shines through.
