This single cask was selected by Peter Willis, Anthony and Kathy's youngest son. Peter has selected an ex-bourbon that has been finished in a red wine cask for over 12 months.
This is the third release of five. Each release will be chosen by a different member of the family.
Tasting notes:
Nose: A balance of red fruits and soft peat smoke.
Palate: Toffee sweetness with waves of berries and peat smoke.
Finish: a combination of cram and citrus.
