Details
The Lagavulin 16 Year Old is a classic Islay single malt, known for its powerful peat smoke, richness and dry, smoky character. Matured in oak casks for at least 16 years, it balances the intense smoke associated with southern Islay whiskies with depth and richness.
This 2005 bottling represents a historic release of Lagavulin’s long-established 16 Year Old expression, a benchmark for lovers of peated Scotch whisky.
