Distilled in 1993 at Lagavulin Distillery, this single cask was selected as part of the original Managers’ Choice Single Cask Collection.
On 17th February 2009, a panel of whisky experts, including distillery managers, gathered at Blair Athol Distillery to nose, taste and select individual casks to represent each distillery. Cask #4477 was chosen as Lagavulin’s representative expression.
Bottled at natural cask strength without chill filtration, preserving the whisky’s natural character.
