Laphroaig 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 008

Althought not strictly a Feis Ile 2016 release, this is only available at the distillery, and was bottled in March 2016.

Emphatic, full bodied and utterly unforgetable. 10 Year old original cask strength Laphroaig. Whisky is an Islay single malt bottled at natural distillery cask strength.
The whisky's rich flavours come through as never before because the whisky has not been chill-filtered. This gives a depth of genuine taste and texture normally associated with sampling a whisky at it's source.

Laphroaig mature whisky in seasoned oak casks and this imbues the whisky with the heart and strength of the wood. These casks are charred to impact the slight sweet vanilla nuttiness of the oak.
