Distilled February 2007.

Nose: Sweet peat smoked barley, cured meats, pears andf plum chutney.
Palate: Smoky bacon crisps, with a salty maritime and blackcurran quality.
Finish: Long with smoked meat, blackberries, damp ash and toasted oak.
Distilled at Ledaig Distillery. Bottled by Douglas Laing.
