Hark! Behold this fine elixir, hand-plucked from the hallowed vaults of Lindores Abbey by the Thompson Brothers' own kin. This spirit didst first slumber within a first-fill bourbon barrel before being moved to an STR ex-oloroso hogshead for eighteen moons of further alchemy. Once deemed ready, the cask was hauled by a weary horse and creaking wooden cart across the rugged lands to Dornoch for its bottling. Distilled upon the fourth day of March in the year of our Lord 2021, and drawn into glass this April 2026, it stands as a testament to the uncompromising standards of the Thompson clan.
