The Tasting Notes
Sweet vanilla, treacle, red apples, runny honey, some floral touches and dried fruits.
Full of character, the palate opens with dark syrup, fruity raisins and figs layered with vibrant warm baking spice notes adding complexity, followed by undertones of dark chocolate and nuts. Velvety texture on the palate.
Long warm finish lingers with chocolate fudge and sweet cinnamon returning.

Amontillado Sherry Casks – delivering notes of toasted almonds, dried citrus peel, and warm spice.
Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry Casks – layering decadent dark fruits, treacle, and a velvety sweetness.
