Lindores Abbey, The Casks of Lindores II Limited Edition, Bourbon Casks

This is the first release in the Casks of Lindores 2 series, exploring their three core casks of bourbon casks, str wine barriques and sherry butts, with a year extra maturation from the first series.

This edition sees their award winning Single Malt Spirit matured exclusively in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels of exceptional quality. This Lindores Single Malt Scotch Whisky is bottled onsite at their unique Limited-Edition strength of 49.4% abv.

Nose: Pleasant mellow fruity apples, ripe banana, sweet pears and vanilla, buttercream and caramel notes with subtle citrus touches

Palate: Fruity green apples, citrus lemon, banana, oaky woody notes, coffee beans and spicy peppery touches. Pleasant silky texture

Finish: Medium length finish
