This Big Brother distilled at Linkwood Distillery has spent 12 years ageing in a bourbon hogshead before being finished for eight months in an ex Islay sherry quarter cask, all-natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Heavier and rich sweetness on the nose. Fruit pudding and stewed red berries with a very subtle creamy sweetness.

Palate: A rush of milk chocolate brazil nuts followed by a very subtle hint of peat fire smoke in the middle that doesn’t hang around. Oily honey sweetness.

Finish: Longer in length. Woody, varnished oak and pepper-like finish.
