This Wee Brother distilled at Linkwood Distillery has spent 12 years aging in a bourbon hogshead before being finished for eight months in a fresh fill rum quarter cask, all-natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: An instant hit of tropical orange and pineapples with hints of vanilla, honey and molasses sweetness. Subtle hints of nuttiness and a peppery twist.

Palate: Light on the palate. Treacle notes to start which mellows into softer fruitier notes in the middle. Hints of banana and apples come through with overarching cinnamon throughout. Notes of toffee apples, brown sugar and tea leaves surfaces.

Finish: Medium length balanced finish. Mainly softer fruitier notes.
