Tasting notes:
Colour: Dark gold

Nose: Spiced apple aromas initially giving way to toasted almonds and tropical fruit. Subtle black pepper comes to the fore alongside vibrant grapefruit and lime zest.

Taste: Sweet pineapple and ripe green apple flavours combine with rich watermelon. Citrus peel and pear chutney combine with honeycomb.

Finish: A full-bodied finish with lingering mixed nuts and fruit.
