This new gin release in Little Brown Dog's Experimental Spirit Series has been matured for 7 months in a vermouth cask, making it the perfect choice for making a Negroni.
This is an intense, complex and luxuriously intricate gin, combining petrichor and juniper from their Aberdeenshire Foraged Gin with the gentle spice and orange zest flavours that have developed maturing in the vermouth cask.
Only 360 bottles have been produced from a single cask and like all of their experimental spirit releases, this is a one off, never to be released again.
