Nose
Leather and pine, balanced with blackberries and bonfire smoke.
Palate
Mouth coating texture. Earthy notes of charcoal, coffee, and peat, contrasting with raisins, black cherries and redcurrent jam.
Finish
Lingering smoke, toasted almonds and allspice.

Matured in a Refill Hogshead
Finished in and vatted from variouis American and European Oak Oloroso and PX Bloodtubs.
