Bonfire smoke, leather, white wine vinegar with a dark fruit sweetness of plums and cherries.
Vibrant with charcoal, tobacco, coffee and malt biscuits with sticky toffee and blackcurrant jam.
Lingering earthy peat, roasted pine nuts and warming spice.

Matured in a Refill Hogshead and finished in and vatted from various American and European Oak Oloroso and PX bloodtubs.
