This latest thiolised pale is made in collaboration with their good friends at Farm Yard Brew Co.
They’ve experimented with a few different techniques, like mash-hopping, and exciting products, including YCH 303 Trial x Phantasm with a blend of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic Hops alongside WHC Hop Unlock yeast.
The resulting increase of thiols contribute to big juicy, tropical notes.
Pairs well with 90s rom coms.
