Loch Lomond Steam & Fire is a single malt Scotch whisky created to showcase the distillery’s diverse distillation methods and in-house cooperage.
This expression is produced using spirit from both straight neck and traditional swan neck stills, highlighting Loch Lomond’s unique approach to whisky making. The whisky is matured in American oak barrels before being finished in heavily charred casks, prepared by the distillery’s own cooperage.
The use of custom charred casks reflects the distillery’s focus on cask influence and production control, resulting in a distinctive small batch release.
