Ever since their creation in 1894, at the height of the progressive era of the Industrial Revolution, the craftsmen at Longmorn have been committed to quality and excellence. Their forward-thinking founder, John Duff, was so determined to create the ultimate whisky that he made the decision to build a railway station at their distillery door, bringing in the best ingredients and exporting his precious liquid.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Fruity notes of ripe plum, fresh peach and plump saltanas meet cinnamon.
Taste: Incredibly sweet with a hint of spice, echoing the nose through red apple, mandarin orange and rich sultanas.
Finish: long, smooth and dry in character.
