For this special release from sun-soaked Oaxacam they roast the highest quality Espadin agave for distillation in a copper pot still with turkey breast, fruits and natural spices. An homage to the generations of maestro mezcaleros whose wisdom has trained and inspired them, their pechuga serves as an expression of gratitude for their Mexican culture.
