Gorse Gin is Lundin Distilling’s classic London Dry style gin, distilled to perfection in Scotland’s coastal Kingdom of Fife. Their velvety smooth Gorse Gin is carefully balanced with a blend of juniper berries, orange citrus, chamomile, elderflower and locally foraged gorse blossom from Largo Bay. The gorse blossom which is a delicately perfumed flower with notes of coconut and vanilla gives their signature gin it’s perfectly unique and distinctive flavour.
