Lundin Raspberry Ripple Gin

Ripple Gin is Lundin Distilling’s second creation made with Scottish Raspberry juice. Ruby-pink in colour, their distinctive full strength gin is packed full of fruity notes from local raspberries and strawberries perfectly balanced alongside their delicate mix of botanicals to create a gin that has a lighter and candied profile than their signature Gorse Gin. Simple and refreshing, Ripple Gin is not a flavoured gin but has a sweeter flavour that is perfect for summery cocktails or a more grown-up and fruity G&T.

Unlike their signature Gorse Gin, Ripple Gin trims back to juniper and spicy botanicals to create a lighter and fruitier gin that is perfect for the summer. The candied flavours of lavender, hibiscus and rose petals that when paired with the raspberry juice and strawberries gives Ripple Gin a delicate berry hit that is both simple and refreshing in cocktails.
