Details
Luz Millar Roble 2022 is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero DO, produced from 100% Tempranillo grown in Valbuena del Duero in the province of Valladolid.
The vineyards cover 25 hectares of estate-owned land, with vines aged between 25 and 35 years, planted in clay and limestone soils at an altitude of around 780 metres. The continental climate, with dry summers and cold winters, supports balanced grape development.
Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats over 12–15 days. The wine is then aged for 5 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels.
