Waves of smoke, heather honey and ginger, fusing with cinnamon, treacle and vanilla.

Lashings of dark chocolate, ginger and citrus, with smoked spices, plantains and tannins.

Billy has sourced the finest Speyside and Islay single malts, then blended with aged GlenAllachie, in pursuit of the perfect balance between peat and rich, fruity character. The spirit was then laid to rest in premium Spanish sherry casks, wine barriques, and virgin oak casks. As time passes, the flavours marry and extract additional characteristics from the wood. Their 10 year old is presented without added colouring, non-chill filtered, and natural cask strength for maximum flavour.
