Tasting notes:
Colour - Dark Gold.
Nose - Delicate sherry influences with pear and green apple aromas. Complimented toadted malt and underlying menthol note.
Palate - Cracked black pepper with orange and ripe banana flavours. A creamy milk chocolate and brazil nut edge develops.
Body - Medium
Finish - Long, smooth and creamy
Cask type - Refill Sherry Hogsheads.
